How we review
HIMEXA exists to help you decide which AI tools deserve your money and your workflow. That only works if you can see how we reach our conclusions — so here is the process, including its limits.
Where listings come from
Every tool page is written editorially — from hands-on use where we have it, and from the vendor's own documentation, pricing pages and changelogs where we do not. Nothing on a tool page is generated from a vendor's marketing copy verbatim, and vendors cannot edit their own listings.
What the score means
Scores are editorial judgements on six dimensions — ease of use, value, output quality, features, reliability and integrations — averaged into a single number out of ten. They are opinions, informed by use and research, not the output of a lab benchmark. Not every tool has a score yet: a score requires enough hands-on familiarity to defend it, and we would rather show no number than an invented one.
Pricing and freshness
Pricing is copied from vendor pricing pages and stamped with the date we last checked it — you will find that date on every pricing table. AI pricing changes constantly; if the date is old, trust the vendor's page over ours. Privacy notes summarise the shape of each vendor's data handling at review time and always defer to the current policy.
Affiliate links and sponsorship
Some outbound links are affiliate links, which can earn HIMEXA a commission at no cost to you. Each tool page states plainly whether its link is affiliate or not. Sponsored listings, where they exist, are labelled on the listing itself. Neither ever changes a score, a verdict, a ranking or a recommendation — the fastest way to make this site worthless would be to sell its opinions.
Who writes this
HIMEXA is edited by its founder, Rabin Paudel, with editorial material published under the HIMEXA Editorial byline. It is a small operation, which cuts both ways: fewer hands than a big review site, and no layers between an error report and the person who can fix it.
Corrections
If anything on this site is wrong — a stale price, a feature that shipped, a claim that no longer holds — tell us at mail@digitalsolutionnepal.com and it gets fixed. Corrections are applied to the page itself, and material ones update the page's last-reviewed date.
