Define content pillars you can actually sustain
Turns scattered posting into three or four recurring themes tied to what you can keep producing.
Prompt
About me: {{about}}
What I know deeply: {{expertise}}
Who I want to reach: {{audience}}
What I can realistically produce: {{capacity}}
Propose 3-4 content pillars. For each:
- The pillar in one line
- Why this audience cares
- 8 specific content ideas (not topics — actual pieces)
- How often I could sustainably post it
- What proves I'm credible on it
Then flag:
- Any pillar I'd run out of material for within 3 months
- Any pillar that doesn't connect to what I sell
Be realistic about my stated capacity. Do not propose a plan requiring daily output if I said weekly.Fill these in
Replace each highlighted variable before sending. Leaving them in place is the most common reason these prompts under-perform.
| Variable | What to put | Example |
|---|---|---|
{{about}} | You and your work | AI trainer running workshops in Nepal |
{{expertise}} | What you know deeply | Teaching non-technical people to use AI |
{{audience}} | Who you want | Small business owners and freelancers |
{{capacity}} | Realistic output | One video and two posts per week |
Tips for better output
- The sustainability flag matters more than the ideas — most pillar plans die at month three.
- A pillar with no link to what you sell is a hobby, not a strategy.
