Client proposal from discovery notes

Turns call notes into a proposal that restates the client's problem in their words.

Prompt
Discovery call notes:
{{notes}}

My services and rates:
{{services}}

Write a proposal with:
- Their problem, in THEIR words from my notes (quote where possible)
- What success looks like for them
- Proposed scope — specific deliverables, not vague services
- What's explicitly NOT included
- Timeline with milestones
- Investment
- Next step (one clear action)

Rules:
- Do not promise anything my services list doesn't cover
- If the notes don't tell you their budget or deadline, list those as "to confirm"
- No filler about our "passion for excellence"

Fill these in

Replace each highlighted variable before sending. Leaving them in place is the most common reason these prompts under-perform.

Tips for better output

  • The "NOT included" section prevents most scope disputes. Never remove it.
  • Quoting their own words back is the single biggest trust signal in a proposal.
